ABOUT MARBLE TILES

Marble is formed from limestone with the heat and pressure over millions of years in the earth's crust. These pressures or forces cause the limestone to change in texture to a hard, compact, dense, fine grained stone capable of taking a shining polish.

Minerals that result from impurities give marble a wide variety of colours.
